She knows the Ticino area and real estate laws very well, which allowed her to advise me effectively at every stage, up to the notary. She efficiently managed the many requests, selecting only serious interested parties. On a professional and personal level, I found her competent, kind, friendly, and reassuring. Where other agents had failed, she successfully completed the sale and continues to help me even in the final stages (TUI, RASI, moving, cleaning) until the handover of the keys.
