Real Estate Agents in Waser

I felt very well taken care of by Alain Isliker and Andrea Freiermuth. The advice was honest and down-to-earth, which gave me a lot of security. I was particularly impressed by the quick response via email and the top organization within the team. Everything went highly efficiently. Thank you very much for the great support. - Peter Fankhauser

Highly professional, friendly, and competent advice. Successful conclusion.

Very pleasant and trustworthy collaboration. Professional handling from A-Z!

Urs Kälin informed us (laypersons) in detail about the entire sales process, then carried it out step by step, while we were regularly updated. The sales documents were very detailed, and a broad but selective range of potential buyers was contacted for an initial round of offers. In the second round, it became critical, as the first interest rate change after many years was announced, and some bidders withdrew. The most attractive of the remaining offers had a tight deadline, which, just a few days before the summer holidays and with a somewhat customer-unfriendly land registry office regarding appointments (9 co-owners), became a balancing act for U. Kälin, which he mastered brilliantly thanks to good relationships and negotiation skills. The seller's side was extremely satisfied with the work of UK as well as the result.

An absolutely serious company with professional competence and very extensive experience. Deep understanding of the regional price structure. Always reachable and support provided up to and including the notary appointment. Clear, documented terms and conditions without additional costs. Simply SUPER - a company you can really rely on and that keeps its promises. - I can only say T H A N K you for the sensational collaboration.

I was very satisfied with the services. They acted in my interest, thank you very much Romeo
