During the sale of our house, we were accompanied by Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser for about a year and a half. During this time, they were always available for our questions, kept us continuously updated, and advised us openly and understandably. The sales brochure with the high-quality photos presented our house excellently. Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser actively searched for interested parties, organized and conducted the viewings, and personally introduced us to potential buyers. We could also count on their support during negotiations, the sales conversation, and at the land registry office. We particularly appreciated their reliability and the continuous support throughout the entire sales process. There were no costs incurred for us in advance; the agreed commission was only due upon successful sale. We felt very well taken care of by both of them and are happy to recommend them.

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did. Pascal hs been great during the evaluation and the selling process of our property. He has handled all the process very smoothly, keeping us informed on the status of the process and making it very easy for us during the whole process. Being not swiss can make this difficult as we are not familiarizwd with the process, but Pascal managed to make it very easy and hazard free for us!
