Liridon Sadiki was my real estate agent for the sale of a two-family house in Thurgau (Bettwiesen). He did a great job, starting with the very well-prepared documentation all the way to the successful sale. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and was always kept well informed. Urs Kälin hat uns (Laien) ausführlich über den ganzen Verkaufsprozess informiert, diesen dann Schritt für Schritt durchgezogen, wobei wir regelmässig informiert wurden. Die Verkaufsunterlagen waren sehr detailliert, es wurde eine breite, aber selektive Auswahl von pot. Käufern angeschrieben für eine erste Offertrunde. Bei der zweiten Runde wurde es kritisch, da gerade die erste Leitzinsänderung nach langen Jahren angekündigt wurde und einige Offertsteller sich zurückzogen. Das attraktivste von den verbleibenden Angeboten war mit einer engen Zeitlimite versehen, was wenige Tage vor den Sommerferien und einem wenig kundenorientierten Grundbuchamt betr. Termin (9 Miteigentümer) zu einem Hochseilakt für U. Kälin wurde, den er dank guten Beziehungen und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Bravour meisterte. Die Verkäuferseite war äusserst zufrieden mit der Arbeit von UK wie auch dem Resultat.

Mr. Milanovic accompanied us perfectly during the purchase of the apartment. He responded to questions in no time at all. When it came to finding appointments, he was always very flexible and also actively supported us with dealings at the authorities.
