We were completely satisfied with the collaboration. The purchase of our property was handled quickly, smoothly, and very professionally. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend Helbling Immobilien.
From the first phone call, we were served very kindly and efficiently. Even a spontaneous viewing of the property was possible. The purchase could be processed quickly and easily. The notary appointment was also organized promptly by Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel. We can recommend Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel's real estate office 100%. Thank you for the excellent support!
I would like to thank Bernard Hurni for the great work. He took care of all the details and coordinated all the appointments, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I can recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competent real estate agent.
I would like to personally thank you. Your commitment and professionalism throughout the entire process were excellent. However, I was particularly pleased that you found such sympathetic buyers. It gives me a very good feeling to know that the apartment is going to good hands. Not only for the successful sale, but especially for taking care of the defect rectification and coordinating the craftsmen. That was a big plus for me and made the handover process perfect. Your professionalism was impressive. Thank you very much!
Mr. Quach was always very helpful and explained everything clearly and objectively. You can immediately tell that he has a lot of experience and great expertise in his profession. I felt well advised at all times and can only recommend him. A big compliment and many thanks!
Gianluca Chindamo from Schenk Immobilien was responsible for the sale of my property and was my point of contact. The collaboration with Gianluca was very professional yet very warm. Gianluca managed the sale from the first viewing to the signing and accompanied it excellently. No one could have done it better than he did. Thank you very much, Gianluca, I wish you continued success.
We were able to sell our house thanks to Sadry's expertise and professionalism. His help was invaluable throughout the sale. A huge thank you!
