What a great collaboration with MyWinvest Property Management. The team supported us very well from A to Z. We could call at any time and ask questions, and also visit in person. Mr. Diethelm and his team also positively surprised us. We know the management from another multi-family house where MyWinvest GmbH is active as management, and we can also say that everything is always handled very cleanly, transparently, and above all very quickly. It is not a conventional and impersonal management, but one with heart for the tenants, understanding for the owners, and sophistication for the sellers and buyers. Mr. Zürcher has a pleasant, unobtrusive manner in interpersonal relations. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week. Afterwards, Mr. Zürcher gave me ample time to think and was competently available for questions. The sales transaction was handled very straightforwardly. My conclusion: Recommended!

Philippe surely gets 5 out of 5. He has managed the sale of our house from A-Z very professionally. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did.
