Real Estate Agents in Eichliacker

The team at Stöhr Immobilien supported us in two matters. We found and purchased our desired condominium and sold our house. At all times, we felt very well taken care of. Mr. Isliker advised us very kindly, committedly, and professionally and guided us through the entire sales process. We can clearly recommend Stöhr. Thank you for your excellent work.

Excellent service and advice for the purchase and sale of my properties. My apartment in the countryside was sold within a few weeks. Consultation and support beyond the sales mandate, very competent and friendly. Great documentation, realistic, informative, and attractive. Fair price (standard).

The collaboration with FSP Fine Swiss Properties and especially with Georg Spoerli was excellent in every respect! The sales proceeds can be described as extraordinarily good. Mr. Spoerli was always available for questions and problem-solving and handled the assignment with exceptional kindness and patience. We hope to maintain contact with him and FSP in the future.

The extraordinary professionalism of Mr. Caratsch, as well as his pronounced empathy, significantly contributed to a quick and successful sale of my investment property. Thanks to his in-depth market knowledge, a fair and realistic selling price was achieved. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and would appoint Mr. Caratsch again for a sale at any time.

Since the beginning of negotiations, there has been very good communication. The timeline was discussed in detail. The sales documents prepared were professionally produced and presented to me for review. I was always informed about the current status of negotiations with potential buyers. The incoming applications were delivered to me, and I never had the impression that I had to make a decision under time pressure. The clarifications of the offers, the viewings with interested parties, and the discussions with the notary and banks went smoothly. I have had the very best experiences and can recommend the company Kälin Immobilien at any time.

Mr. Milanovic is highly recommended in every case; he works efficiently, professionally, and acts in the interest of the client. He was able to sell our house in the shortest time.
