Real Estate Agents in Bellerive-Schlössli

I would like to thank Mr. Flamur for his great support in finding a tenant for my apartment. He has been very helpful, always following up and keeping me updated. I really appreciate his hard work, quick responses, and the effort he has put into the process. He has been reliable, friendly, and professional throughout. It has been a pleasure working with him, and I would happily recommend him to others.

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

Mr. Stomeo did an excellent job and supported me competently and reliably throughout the entire sales process. From finding a suitable buyer to organizing viewings and coordinating with banks and authorities, all the way to the final handover of the apartment, everything worked perfectly. I greatly appreciated his professional, dedicated, and straightforward manner. I can recommend Mr. Stomeo at any time with the best of conscience. 😎
