Real Estate Agents in District of Surselva

I am completely satisfied with the apartment purchase. The consultation was very friendly, competent, and professional. The entire process was uncomplicated and smooth at all times.

I had my vacation apartment in Laax GR sold by HOMEVISION GmbH. From the first contact until the notarization, HOMEVISION GmbH, including their consistently highly competent advice and handling of the sales mandate, supported me exemplary in all matters. I would like to express special thanks to Mr. Timo Wuffli. Mr. Wuffli has extensive know-how for everything related to real estate sales and purchases. Mr. Wuffli was always extremely helpful, courteous, factual, prepared, organized, honest, transparent, diplomatic, and focused. He also consistently considered and upheld the interests of the sellers, potential buyers, and the buyers with balance and integrity. From my perspective, HOMEVISION GmbH clearly stands out from other service providers in this field. Based on my personal experience, I can warmly recommend HOMEVISION GmbH to anyone looking to realize a real estate purchase or sale. Thank you very much!

Mr. Bieler, the owner of the real estate company "rickys immobilien" in Chur, was a huge stroke of luck for me in everything and for everything. Mr. Bieler is an absolute trustworthy person with a high level of commitment and great initiative. You can completely rely on him. He works precisely, accurately, and is focused on quality in every respect. I was able to switch off during the entire sales process. For me, this is incredibly important in a collaboration (but rather rare), especially since we were even on a world trip for three months during the peak sales period, and I, as a person, also have high expectations for the execution of projects and tasks. Mr. Bieler is very competent, professional, and above all, he has a very cheerful, credible, and engaging personality. I always enjoyed discussing things with him and exchanging our opinions and approaches. His open, empathetic, and direct manner always conveyed a positive feeling to me. I can recommend Mr. Bieler without any reservations and would gladly engage him again for myself.

Ms. Walder accompanied me very professionally, very efficiently, and purposefully. Her expertise was convincing in all respects, and I would gladly work with her again at any time.

Ms. Zimmermann provided me with excellent advice. Working with her was outstanding. Ms. Zimmermann was very friendly, quick, and highly competent.

Mr. Bieler is a top serious, transparent, dedicated, and extremely friendly broker. We always felt comfortable and in good hands, from the first contact to the contract signing. A 10 out of 10. Anytime again.
