Super competent handling, from the evaluation to the conclusion
We already knew INTUS from the management of our MFH Affoltern a/A and are also very satisfied with the management department (in general and the currently responsible project manager Ms. J. Mathys). Therefore, we have also entrusted the sales order for the EW Zug to INTUS. In addition to the questions already answered, I would like to add: - Very professional photos, perfect documentation - Spontaneously, we would have imagined the conclusion of the reservation agreement somewhat differently than according to INTUS's practice. We would have welcomed a simultaneous delivery of a reservation agreement to several serious interested parties, along with the note that the first signed return would be considered. This would have optimized the entire process in terms of time, considering that the seller is liable for the costs of the property to be sold until the mutation in the land register. And this is also in light of the extremely long waiting times at the (public) Zug notary. - In our case, there were various special features (personal mortgage, unencumbered bearer bonds, legal entity as the buyer). This triggered adjustments during the instruction of the notary, which we had to initiate. => Ultimately, however, everything went smoothly to our full satisfaction, and the buyer was also "taken by the hand" in this process and seems to be very happy with the purchase.
