My personal bank advisor recommended his good colleague Fabrizio to me. This was reason enough for me to hire Fabrizio for the sale of my two properties, including the garage and residential house. As expected, this decision was absolutely 100% the right choice for me from start to finish. From the very first personal conversation, I felt very competently advised, and we both immediately understood each other well. This is, of course, also due to Fabrizio's open and honest nature. The entire process up to the sale was handled extremely quickly. I had very little effort to contribute. Fabrizio impressed me with his solid market knowledge, a realistic assessment of the selling price, and very transparent communication. Every step was clearly explained, questions were answered very quickly and reliably, and I was always kept informed. Fabrizio was even available over the weekend, which is certainly an exception in a real estate company! Particularly striking and pleasant was Fabrizio's interaction with the interested parties during the property viewing. Due to his honesty and sensitivity with the numerous interested parties, the sale was completed fully and smoothly in a very short time. Fabrizio really takes care of all the formalities when selling a property, so I, as a client, only have to contribute the essentials. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company ARTESTATE! When we decided to sell our house in Lüchingen in spring 2023, we were made aware of Fabrizio through our bank advisor. We contacted him, and he came by immediately, took a close look at everything, the chemistry was right from the start, and the collaboration could begin. Everything was very professional, including the great photos of the house; the whole carefree concept convinced us more than anything. Fabrizio showed the house while we were on vacation, had our complete trust, even regarding the alarm system, and was always there for us with any questions. We could also discuss other topics, laugh together, and have coffee; it was a nice balance. We can highly recommend Fabrizio, competent but also personable, and we would say we have gained a friend.
