Ich kann auf über 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei den beiden Schweizer Grossbanken zurückblicken, wo ich zwischen 1995-2016 als Kundenberater im Anlage- und Immobilien/Hypothekarbereich tätig war. In den Jahren 2008-2016 war ich als Akquisiteur ausschliesslich im Hypothekarbereich bei der Credit Suisse AG erfolgreich tätig. Die vielfältigen und interessanten Kontakte mit Immobilienmaklern, Bauherren und Investoren haben mich dazu bewogen im August 2016 meine eigene Firma, PB ImmoFinance AG, zu gründen. Mein grosses Know-How im Bereich Finanzierungen und Beurteilung/Begleitung von Immobilienprojekten gibt mir die Möglichkeit, meinen Kunden nicht nur klassische Makler-dienstleistungen, sondern auch privaten und institutionellen Investoren Dienstleistungen betreffend Immobilienanlagen und Vermarktungen anzubieten.
