She worked this out very competently and professionally. She published the single-family home on the internet, and soon several interested parties reached out. She scheduled appointments and welcomed the visitors. She chose the tour with the potential buyers well and was able to provide detailed answers to questions. Already 2 weeks after the viewing, she had found a buyer who confirmed after another viewing. Soon she scheduled an appointment with a notary who handled all the formalities. The entire sale went smoothly, thanks to the great effort of Ms. Carlos. She also independently handled the handover of the house with the buyer.
