Real Estate Agents in Engelburg (9032)

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

We had excellent experiences with Philipp Niedermann from start to finish and can wholeheartedly recommend him. From our very first meeting, we were convinced by his open, authentic, and exceptionally likeable manner. He is not just a broker doing his job, but a person who genuinely cares about his clients. We particularly appreciated his patience and the ease with which he addressed our many questions. We were anything but experienced in the real estate market and had many questions—probably even some that are completely obvious to a professional. However, Philipp never made us feel like we should already know something. On the contrary: he took the time to explain everything clearly, listened attentively, and consistently followed up with us. We felt taken seriously and well-supported at all times, without ever feeling pressured to make a decision. His honest, straightforward, and human approach made the entire process incredibly pleasant. And there was never a shortage of humor! Dear Philipp, thank you very much for your time, your patience, and your wonderful manner. We greatly appreciated our encounters with you and would reach out to you again at any time. An unreserved recommendation!

Claudia Mamone is an outstanding personality who has consistently conveyed positive experiences in her collaboration with us. Her support was not only professional but also characterized by a deep understanding of the human aspects. With a lot of passion and humanity, she guided us through every step of the process. Her high level of commitment and sense of responsibility is palpable in every interaction, making our collaboration an extremely pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to present our property discreetly. In a time when sensitivity and discretion are of utmost importance. Compared to our previous agent, who did not provide us with the same attention and dedication, Claudia Mamone has accompanied us with her excellent, committed, and empathetic support from start to finish. She always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Claudia Mamone is not just an agent but a partner who is fully dedicated to her clients' interests. Her reliability and competence are unparalleled. We could not wish for better support and wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Mamone from Casaprima Immobilien AG. Her warmth and expertise make her an exceptional agent who definitely stands out in her field. Thank you very much for everything!
