After a thorough and easily understandable explanation, AFORIA AG took care of the entire process of selling the apartment. I was continuously informed and always had the same contact person. Even after the transfer, AFORIA AG handled the final property gain calculation. This all-inclusive package is definitely worth the commission. The apartment is in good hands now, and we are satisfied and relieved.
Very competent handling. Good communication and transparent working method. Would be happy to do it again.
Competent, Reliable, Courteous & Fully Committed My small apartment was sold quickly and at the desired price by Mr. Lingenhöle. I can only recommend AFORIA Real Estate!
The sale of our property went very smoothly thanks to MyWinvest. We always had a personal contact person and received quick and understandable answers to our questions. The collaboration was reliable, professional, and straightforward.
We would like to sincerely thank MyWinvest GmbH and especially Mr. Diethelm. Our multi-family house in St. Gallen was recorded and evaluated in an extremely professional manner. Mr. Diethelm has a lot of experience, knows the real estate market very well, and works at all times seriously, reliably, and competently. Together with Immo Generation AG, which also belongs to his company and is active as a partner in marketing, the property was professionally listed and successfully sold within just a few weeks. We were completely satisfied with the entire support and are very grateful for the quick and successful processing. A clear recommendation!
For the second time, I have successfully sold a property with bbr Immobilien – and I am once again completely satisfied. From the carefully prepared documentation and listing to the professionally organized and conducted viewings, and finally to the smooth handling of the transfer, I was competently and enthusiastically supported at every step. A big thank you to Claudia Taumberger-Baumer and Helen Bögle for their competent, dedicated, and warm support. I highly recommend bbr Immobilien and will use their services again.
