Quick. Professionally and socially competent.

We had a very good experience with AFORIA Immobilien AG when purchasing our house and would like to especially thank Kevin Auer sincerely. From the first contact to the completion of the house purchase, we were accompanied by Kevin in an extremely competent, reliable, and professional manner. He was always reachable, patiently answered our questions, and took a lot of time for our concerns. We particularly appreciated his friendly, honest, and straightforward manner. He was always there to support us with advice and assistance in case of questions or uncertainties.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE: COMPETENT; FAST AND WELL NETWORKED The sale of our property was exemplary thanks to high expertise and commitment from A to Z. - After the swift processing of our sales documents, the broker, Mr. Zemp, quickly created a well-founded and realistic market value analysis. The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management. His good institutional networking benefited both him and us in this process. On a personal level, the collaboration was also a gain: Mr. Zemp was transparent in communication, always reachable by phone, friendly, patient, and open to all our questions and concerns. In addition, he kept us proactively updated step by step and made the entire complex process stress-free. We were always excellently cared for, are extremely satisfied with the result achieved, and can wholeheartedly recommend such great service!
