The most attractive of the remaining offers had a tight deadline, which, just a few days before the summer holidays and with a somewhat customer-unfriendly land registry office regarding appointments (9 co-owners), became a balancing act for U. Kälin, which he mastered brilliantly thanks to good relationships and negotiation skills. The seller's side was extremely satisfied with the work of UK as well as the result.
