He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week. Afterwards, Mr. Zürcher gave me ample time to think and was competently available for questions. The sales transaction was handled very straightforwardly. My conclusion: Recommended!
