Ms. Stoop was the real estate agent who managed the sale of the family home we purchased, and we couldn’t have been happier with her support. She coordinated the entire process, from multiple viewings and running the bidding rounds, to organizing all of the final administrative steps such as contracts, deposits, and notary appointments. Because the property was tenant-occupied, her company also served as the property manager, Verwaltung. After the purchase, we chose to continue working with her in this role until we move in.
