The purchase of this 450-year-old Engadin house is something very special for me – therefore, a professional and trustworthy support throughout the entire sales process was all the more important. I had very good experiences with Costa Immobilien. I was competently, reliably, and personally looked after from the very beginning. I was always informed in a timely and transparent manner about all important steps, so I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated the pleasant, uncomplicated, and trustworthy collaboration. Questions were answered quickly and competently at any time, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. I am extremely satisfied with the entire handling and can wholeheartedly recommend Costa Immobilien. Thank you very much for the excellent support during this very special real estate purchase for me.

The collaboration with Mr. Davide Robbiani and R3 Living in the sale of our apartment in Samedan was extraordinarily professional and successful from start to finish. Mr. Robbiani impressed us with his solid market knowledge, his realistic and precise valuation of the property, as well as a excellently prepared sales strategy. The apartment was presented to a high standard and targeted to suitable, serious interested parties. Throughout the entire sales process, Mr. Robbiani was always reachable, reliable, and extremely committed. He kept us continuously updated on all developments, coordinated the viewings professionally, and conducted the negotiations with great negotiation skill, calmness, and transparency. We particularly appreciated his personal support, his honest communication, and his ability to handle even challenging situations in a solution-oriented and confident manner. One can sense that for him, not only the successful closing matters, but also the satisfaction and trust of his clients. Thanks to his great commitment and excellent work, the sale of our apartment in Samedan could be completed efficiently and under very good conditions. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Davide Robbiani and R3 Living and would work with him again at any future real estate transaction.

We experienced Mr. Costa as a very competent and friendly real estate expert.

Great experience, the team was incredibly helpful and professional from the first viewing til the appointment with the notary. Would recommend them highly.

I can highly recommend Mr. Martinucci - he knows the market very well, can also handle complicated situations, and is absolutely honest, which is not a given in this industry. I would engage him anytime for both buying and selling. He accompanied a purchase transaction for us at lightning speed in the Engadin.

Top support with great personal commitment. Maximilian Stamm was always professional, serious, and reliable, and he was exceptionally dedicated to the sale of my house. Very pleasant collaboration – anytime again.
