Real Estate Agents in Schlans (7168)

Mr. Plüer is very professional and competent. He was very flexible and always available to address our concerns. He always took the time to answer all our questions in detail. Moreover, he facilitated excellent communication between us and the sellers, which significantly eased the entire process. We felt well cared for and advised throughout the entire procedure.

As legal advisors to friends who had engaged the boutique real estate agency Neves Stierle & Horn for the sale of a larger special property, we have witnessed how professionally and amiably the trio has carried out their assignment. Convinced of the qualities of the three ladies, we engaged them for the sale of our own property. They executed the assignment in a short time to our complete satisfaction, both professionally and amiably. We felt well taken care of and supported at every stage of the sale. The buyers also greatly appreciated the collaboration with our agents. The three women accompanied both us as clients and the buyers throughout the entire process with dedication and expertise in a very pleasant manner. We can only highly recommend this team and would engage them again at any time if needed.

It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Polesana, competent and factual, not intrusive and pleasant to deal with. I wish Mr. Polesana all the best.

The purchase of our property went absolutely smoothly from start to finish thanks to Giorgio Frei. I particularly appreciated his proactive work style, quick communication, and high reliability. Questions were always answered promptly, information was presented transparently, and the next steps were clearly communicated. At all times, there was a feeling that he had the process under control and was actively taking care of all the details. This is incredibly valuable, especially when buying real estate. I would work with Mr. Frei again at any time and can recommend him without reservation.

The collaboration was contractually regulated at the beginning, the initial situation and the conditions were clearly clarified. The property was advertised locally and on various platforms. If there was interest, the property was shown, if necessary, multiple times. Due to the solid knowledge from the banking sector and land registry, questions from potential buyers could be competently clarified. The flow of information was always present, and the collaboration was very pleasant. As a seller, I was supported and accompanied from the assignment to the signing at the land registry office. I would give the assignment to Ernst Zwingli again, thank you very much!

We were very pleased with the sales strategy. Our house was sold with complete success. Thank you for the appreciated and straightforward collaboration!

The company Zaphin, led by Mr. Nussbaum, are the professionals in the Zurich Oberland area. Very pleasant and balanced, and the team is highly professional. The apartments were sold remarkably quickly. The buyers were also very satisfied.

We had a very good experience with Raymond Tognola, very helpful, kind, punctual in responding to our requests and in respecting the appointments made. A person of good manners, it is clear that he works with professionalism and passion.
