Thanks to Ms. Berka's active support, we were finally able to fulfill our long-held dream of owning a home at the beginning of 2026. After discovering our desired property on her website in October, the entire purchasing process was extremely swift and efficient: After two viewings, we initially signed the reservation contract and shortly thereafter the purchase contract. We were able to receive the keys as early as January. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Berka was a reliable point of contact for us. She responded promptly to all questions and concerns, was available for short-notice appointments, and took full responsibility for coordinating between the sellers, the notary, and us. Thanks to her high level of expertise, her knowledge of all relevant processes, and her diligence in handling administrative tasks, the purchasing process was consistently smooth for us. We sincerely thank Ms. Berka for her work and recommend her without reservation.

During the sale of our apartment, Andrea Wiederkehr provided us with excellent support. Thanks to her competent negotiation skills, we were able to successfully complete the sale in a short time. We are very grateful for her assistance. Marlis and Kurt

It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions. For any meeting she was in time i.e. independent of day and time. We can definitly recommend the agent and Carmen Pungillo as partner when land and or real estate will be an issue for a buyer or seller.

Many thanks for all your support and expertise on this smooth transaction. You found the right buyer at the right time. I will recommend your name to any friends willing to sell or buy. Feel free to call me at anytime if there is any issue with the payment. Best regards, Fernando.

Superb support. Friendly, competent, and trustworthy. You can immediately tell that she has a lot of experience and performs her work with great care and passion. Highly recommended!

I had very good, positive experiences with Feres Harrabi, he was very competent in handling the sale, organized everything, I didn't have to worry about anything, and the sale took place quickly and excellently. I would like to sincerely thank him for everything, it helped me a lot that it worked out so well.

We got to know Mr. Demir as a warm, friendly, and very accommodating person. He impressed us with his good market knowledge and competence during our first meeting. It was a very easy decision for us to go the route of selling our former apartment with him. The perfect sales exposé, the consistently competent support, the communication up to the efficient conclusion at the notary were simply exemplary. Having such a broker for the management of such a transaction is simply desirable. We hold Mr. Demir in high regard and can recommend him with the best conscience and much joy.
