It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Polesana, competent and factual, not intrusive and pleasant to deal with. I wish Mr. Polesana all the best.
I had a great experience with this agency for the sale of my apartment! They were always available for any questions and carried out their work with great professionalism. I can only recommend this real estate agency!
Very good knowledge in Central Switzerland. Friendly, prompt, and straightforward collaboration. Very good rapport with potential buyers. Excellent support during the sale up to the notarization (incl.)
When I first interviewed N47 regarding selling my house, they were a refreshing change from the typical aggressive real estate agent. Their straight forward, upfront attitude convinced me that these were the people I wanted to work with. And I wasn't disappointed. Ralph Bieri is an excellent communicator, proactive, open to suggestion, and works tirelessly for the best result. Aside from that, the firm's extended portfolio of financial services rounds up the offer. Very pleased with the results, and highly recommended!
"Five stars with full conviction! The collaboration with Fabienne Daul-Bertolotti and Damiano Bertolotti was a pleasure from start to finish. The entire process of selling my property was absolutely straightforward, flexible, and always solution-oriented. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful, professional exposé and the excellent accessibility of the friendly couple. Thanks to their excellent network in Ticino, they found the absolute top buyer couple for my property. Anyone looking for a professional, warm, and successful real estate service in Ticino is in the very best hands with Fabienne and Damiano Bertolotti. Thank you for this great effort!"
We sold our property through Peter and Nadine and are completely convinced by the entire process. From the first conversation to the final transfer, everything went smoothly. The many valuable tips and the expertise that was provided to us throughout the entire process were particularly helpful. We took advantage of the complete service and therefore did not have to worry about viewings or organizational tasks. Everything was handled reliably, transparently, and with great commitment. You can feel that Peter and Nadine work with a lot of passion, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. We felt well taken care of at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend both of them.
