I can highly recommend Mr. Martinucci - he knows the market very well, can also handle complicated situations, and is absolutely honest, which is not a given in this industry. I would engage him anytime for both buying and selling. He accompanied a purchase transaction for us at lightning speed in the Engadin.
Mr. Bossard conducted the sales negotiations professionally and promptly. With his calm, friendly demeanor, he was very trustworthy to me. The property was sold very well in a relatively short time. I also greatly appreciated that he regularly kept me informed about the current status. I can recommend Mr. Bossard at any time and wish him all the best.
Ms. Schwarz was a great help to us in selling our property and took a lot of work off our hands.
Mr. Sahli and Mr. Kolp have succeeded in reaching a consensus between the sellers and the buyers. This requires expertise, determination, and transparency. We always felt well informed. This convinced us, and we can only recommend Real Estate further. We look back on a successful purchase completion.
The sale of my apartment was carried out professionally, very quickly, and to my great satisfaction. I appreciated Rolf Freuler, his direct, clear communication, as well as his clean, efficient working method. I can only recommend Freuler Immobilien.
I wish to express my full satisfaction with the work done by Marco Rivolta. He managed the sale of my apartment with great professionalism, competence, and availability, and thanks to his knowledge of the real estate market, he provided clear and realistic advice. I greatly appreciated his ability to handle every phase of the negotiation with care and transparency. I recommend Marco Rivolta to anyone looking for a serious, reliable, and effective professional.
I have known Kurt Rosenast for over 10 years as a friendly and fair real estate agent. He sold our corner property for us, even though interest rates were already rising. Kurt also organized and coordinated the bank and notary matters for us. I can only recommend rosenast finance & real estate solutions. W. and I. Herrmann, Bilten
