Ms. Macconi accompanied the sale of my apartment from start to finish in an extremely professional manner. The valuation of the property was realistic, the marketing was of high quality, and the communication was always transparent and timely. Particularly noteworthy are her commitment, her market knowledge, and her friendly demeanor. The sale was successfully and swiftly completed. Thank you for the excellent collaboration.

Serious, reliable, competent, I couldn't have found a better person to sell my apartment!

I worked with GR9086 Real Estate for a real estate project in the Graubünden region - Tomils. As a digital agency and on behalf of the client, it was important for us to work with a company that knows the local market inside and out – exactly what we found with GR9086. The consultation was personal, and the team took the time to understand the individual wishes of the client. Thanks to their experience and commitment, the sale went absolutely smoothly. Would gladly do it again!

By a fortunate circumstance, I met Mr. Roberto Guetg from Immobilien Plaz AG in Savognin in August 2025. He was recommended to me due to very good experiences with previous real estate transactions. After a death, it was necessary to sell a particularly beautiful holiday home in an excellent location. It was important to me that the buyers were a good fit for my family and that the house would continue to be used as a holiday home. These special wishes complicated the sale. Mr. Guetg immediately recognized the advantages of the property and took meaningful photos from various perspectives. We quickly agreed on the selling price. Soon he found a suitable family who was enthusiastic about the house and its location, and he competently and smoothly handled the entire process. Although I live far away, the sale proceeded without delays or disappointments. I have already bought and sold several properties and have also experienced difficult closings. With Mr. Guetg, it was fortunately quite different. I can recommend him without reservation.
