Real Estate Agents in S. Antonio (Val Morobbia) (6583)

We had an excellent experience with Simone. Always available for clarifications and very precise in managing the documentation and the various phases of the purchase. Being our first purchase, we had several questions. We found great availability and patience in providing us with all the necessary explanations.

The negotiation was conducted with great professionalism. Every step was followed with attention and we always received precise answers to our questions; I will gladly choose them again for future investments.

Working with Miriam has been a real pleasure. Her friendliness and availability made the entire process very simple: she patiently answered all our questions, contacted the relevant parties on our behalf to obtain more information when necessary, and supported us with translations when we didn't understand something. Collaborating with Miriam has been a true pleasure, and I recommend her to everyone!

Miriam Gallardo has been an excellent seller and collaborator from the beginning until the sale of my house. Thanks to her training as a designer, she was able to enhance the property: she took care of photos and videos with great attention, generating numerous visit requests, and she was convincing with potential buyers by suggesting possible modifications and improvements. She knows the Ticino area and real estate laws very well, which allowed her to advise me effectively at every stage, up to the notary. She efficiently managed the many requests, selecting only serious interested parties. On a professional and personal level, I found her competent, kind, friendly, and reassuring. Where other agents had failed, she successfully completed the sale and continues to help me even in the final stages (TUI, RASI, moving, cleaning) until the handover of the keys. Professionalism and friendliness made a journey that can sometimes be stressful much lighter. I highly recommend her. Thank you from the heart!

Davide Zanchin was a very attentive person to our needs, giving us very useful advice for the sale of our property. With him, a good rapport was established right away, with his kindness and expertise, and he was always available for any information requested at any time. An agent I highly recommend. Thank you, Davide!
