We had a very good experience with Eray when selling our single-family home. He was always transparent, honest, and consistently oriented towards our needs and wishes. At the same time, he provided clear opinions and recommendations, which we greatly appreciated. His flexibility throughout the entire sales process was particularly positive. He always took the time to answer our questions in detail, advised us clearly, and supported us very well at every stage. You can tell that he doesn't just want to close a deal, but genuinely wants to accompany his clients in the long term and with integrity. Due to his open nature, his expertise, and his willingness to go the extra mile, we were able to place a lot of trust in him. We were so satisfied with his work that we additionally gave him another assignment for the rental of office spaces. We can recommend Eray with a clear conscience and would work with him again at any time.
This was already the second property that I sold through Casa Vent AG. Everything was very personal and the process up to the sale was extremely fast and smooth.. I would sell through Casa Vent again next time..
We were very pleased with the sales strategy. Our house was sold with complete success. Thank you for the appreciated and straightforward collaboration!
We commissioned Mr. Imfeld with the sale of our condominium. The valuation and the creation of the listing were already very professional and implemented quickly. Even though the sale turned out to be somewhat more difficult than expected, he was always very committed, going beyond the usual clarifications. Thank you very much for the successful sale.
Mr. Plüer is very professional and competent. He was very flexible and always available to address our concerns. He always took the time to answer all our questions in detail. Moreover, he facilitated excellent communication between us and the sellers, which significantly eased the entire process. We felt well cared for and advised throughout the entire procedure.
