However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions.
