It couldn't be better! We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Poletti for the extremely successful sale of our multi-family house. What particularly impressed us: Competence: The valuation was realistic, well-founded, and comprehensible. He knew the market for investment properties inside and out. Communication: We were informed about every step, and inquiries were answered immediately - even on weekends. Processing: Exposé, viewings with credit-checked interested parties, price negotiations, and all the preparation for the notary - everything was perfectly organized. We didn't have to worry about anything. The result: A quick sale at an excellent price to a reputable buyer. Anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and highly professional realtor is exactly right here. Clear 5 stars and an unconditional recommendation!

Thank you very much for the professional sale of our property. Nicolas was always available and responded promptly to our questions. We felt well taken care of in every respect. The sale went absolutely smoothly. Nicolas really took care of everything very competently. The personal interaction with us was absolutely great... even after the completion of the purchase, we could still reach out to him with questions. We can only recommend him. Anytime again... Thank you once again.

I perceived Mr. Breithaupt as a competent, dedicated, effective, reliable, and honest broker who has earned my trust. I also found Mr. Breithaupt's wife to be pleasant, whom I met during the property viewing. I would like to highlight these words from both of them: "What we know about the property, you know as well." Overall, I am extremely satisfied and look forward to further good cooperation until the successful completion of the purchase.

We were satisfied with Mr. Breithaupt; he helped quickly and straightforwardly.

Marcel Breithaupt supported me from the initial viewing to the move-in to my new apartment discreetly, professionally, and with foresight.

Mr. Keller is a likable seller. He has a good eye for the right buyers. We were very well taken care of throughout the entire duration.
