outstanding, competent, responsive, friendly. 100% recommendation - very competent and friendly interaction

We sold our apartment with the support of Mr. Morris Kathrein from Property Partners and were very satisfied with the entire collaboration. During the first conversation, Mr. Kathrein explained the sales process transparently, understandably, and professionally. His competent demeanor convinced us from the very beginning – and this positive impression was confirmed throughout the entire sale. The sales documentation was prepared in a high-quality and very appealing manner. Subsequently, the property was published on the relevant platforms and additionally targeted interested parties from the extensive network of Swiss Property Partners. This allowed numerous potential buyers to be reached. Mr. Kathrein organized and conducted all viewings personally and individually with each interested party. As sellers, we had practically no effort involved. The further processing also went smoothly and efficiently: from the reservation to the drafting of the purchase contract to the notary appointment, the entire process was competently coordinated and accompanied by Mr. Kathrein. We found Mr. Kathrein to be an extremely dedicated, reliable, and very professional contact person who was always available for questions. We can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Swiss Property Partners to both sellers and buyers.

Mr. Fabian Casanova sold my property, which was not easy to sell, to my complete satisfaction. From the initial consultation to the follow-up after the sale was completed, he accompanied me in an extremely professional, competent, and reliable manner with his friendly demeanor. He takes the time to answer every question clearly, and his processes are structured and efficiently organized. I sincerely thank him for the great collaboration, would gladly work with him again, and recommend Mr. Casanova without reservation.

I felt excellently supported by Mr. Müller during the purchase of my apartment. He was always friendly, helpful, and committed, answered my questions clearly, and reliably provided me with the necessary documents. I particularly appreciated the open communication and the pleasant personal interaction. Even with follow-up questions and negotiations, I found him to be a fair and solution-oriented contact person. Thank you very much for the great collaboration, Mr. Müller!

Very friendly interaction. Always responded to our inquiries and concerns promptly. Smooth processing.

Ms. Tröndle was recommended to us by a relative who knew her through business connections as a second opinion, since we already had an offer for the sale of the apartment at that time. Ms. Tröndle made her first visit in April 2025, and it was immediately clear to us that we would proceed with her for the further process. Crucial was that she took our concern about finding a suitable apartment after the sale seriously and offered us her assistance, unlike the competitor. She implemented this immediately, and we were able to rent an apartment for June 2026 through her mediation as early as July 2025, even though the marketing of our apartment only took place in the fall. This was a great relief for us and meant even more trust in Ms. Tröndle. During the sales process, Ms. Tröndle always provided us with good advice and support with her suggestions and recommendations. The sale of the apartment was a great success, and we are very satisfied with it. We are happy to recommend Ms. Tröndle due to her high level of expertise, reliability, and friendliness.

We successfully sold our condominium with Julius Bär Real Estate within 5 months. Our special thanks go to Ms. Ursula Milz for her competent support during the sale and the good care of both parties. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Gabriele as a real estate agent was exceptional. As first-time sellers and non-native German speakers, Gabriele provided us with diligent guidance every step of the way - from the time that we first engaged with him, through the viewings, selection of the final buyer, until the signing of the purchase agreement. We highly appreciate Gabriele's professionalism (conduct), market knowledge, and patience with us (as first time sellers), and advising us on the different matters with regards to the house sale process. He has an exceptional sense of customer-orientedness, which helped us in gaining trust with him quickly. I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.
