The older property was not easy to sell. Mr. Casanova was very committed and also very patient, as the transaction with the buyer dragged on for months for various reasons. He followed up repeatedly, and in the end, the sales contract could be signed. We were very impressed by the very professional handling by Mr. Casanova.
