Real Estate Agents in Stetten AG (5608)

Whenever we had questions, we always received a response in a short time, or if she didn't know, she clarified it very quickly. She also did not put any pressure on us regarding the property for sale. Her knowledge about the property was very good, and she handled everything very well.

Ms. Salvati is a very nice and friendly person. She provided me with excellent advice during the apartment purchase and supported me from the first conversation all the way to the notary appointment. I can only recommend Ms. Salvati.

My mother sold her single-family home with the MARBEL team and was very glad to have chosen this partner. She always felt that the team was working in her best interest. She particularly appreciated the honesty, commitment, and also the flexibility of Mr. Strebel - for example, the photo and drone shoots were scheduled at short notice and could be carried out under the best conditions. The appealing documentation quickly generated interest and led to a timely sale. My mother always felt well informed and competently guided through the process, which was unfamiliar to her. We can recommend this professionally working, extremely friendly, and helpful team without reservation. Thank you very much!

The sale of my apartment in Oberrohrdorf was excellently supported by Roman Strebel (Marbel Immobilien). Roman is very personal, always reachable, and engages far beyond the usual – even in the evenings and on weekends when necessary. You can immediately tell that for him, the relationship with the client clearly takes precedence over a quick closing. What I particularly liked: Roman is a top runner – and you can feel these qualities in his work as well. Stamina, discipline, focus, and reliability. He stays on track, never loses his composure, and consistently follows through to the goal. Additional security comes from the many years of experience of his father, Martin Strebel, owner of Marbel Immobilien, who is present in the background. This combination of fresh energy and great experience is convincing. For me, a clear 5-star recommendation. Thank you very much for the very pleasant collaboration.
