Real Estate Agents in Wettingen (5430)

After more than 18 months of unsuccessful apartment hunting, I had almost given up hope – until I met Mr. Dauti. Within just 48 hours, he presented me with a perfect property, organized everything necessary, and guided me through every step: viewings, notary, bank – everything was perfectly prepared. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Dauti was always quickly reachable. Whether it was late evening hours, weekends, or even Sunday – for questions or problems, you could always turn to him. Thanks to him, I was able to become the proud owner of my dream apartment just one month later. Mr. Dauti makes the often stressful path to homeownership incredibly easy. Absolutely recommendable!

Very pleasant and professional contact. The company Predio - Real Estate sold my property to my complete satisfaction. In the event of a future sale, I would always consider Predio - Real Estate again. In this sense, I can highly recommend Predio Immobilien GmbH.

Tabea went above and beyond to help with the sale of my property, it was not easy for me to deal with the local issues related to the house as I am in the UK now, but Tabea stepped in, and assisted me, even with things not directly related to the sale. Thanks again Tabea!!!

"The collaboration with Roger Kielholz was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, transparency, and exceptional commitment made the entire sales process significantly easier for us. Mr. Kielholz communicates clearly, reliably, and always on an equal footing. We were particularly impressed by his expertise in the Swiss real estate market as well as his ability to support both buyers and sellers in the best possible way. Thanks to his thorough preparation, his network, and his negotiation skills, we were able to sell our property not only quickly but also at an excellent price. We felt well advised and personally cared for at all times. We can wholeheartedly recommend Roger Kielholz as a real estate agent and would work with him again at any time."

We purchased our house through Mr. Milanovic and look back on a consistently positive collaboration. At the beginning, we were unsure if we could even afford the house. Nevertheless, Mr. Milanovic gave us the opportunity to view it and showed us everything at our own pace. Throughout the entire purchasing process, he was very patient, provided us with competent support, and was always available for questions. In the end, everything worked out, and we were able to successfully acquire the house. Our family is very happy with our new home, and we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Milanovic for his dedicated and professional work. We can recommend him at any time.

Ms. Tröndle was recommended to us by a relative who knew her through business connections as a second opinion, since we already had an offer for the sale of the apartment at that time. Ms. Tröndle made her first visit in April 2025, and it was immediately clear to us that we would proceed with her for the further process. Crucial was that she took our concern about finding a suitable apartment after the sale seriously and offered us her assistance, unlike the competitor. She implemented this immediately, and we were able to rent an apartment for June 2026 through her mediation as early as July 2025, even though the marketing of our apartment only took place in the fall. This was a great relief for us and meant even more trust in Ms. Tröndle. During the sales process, Ms. Tröndle always provided us with good advice and support with her suggestions and recommendations. The sale of the apartment was a great success, and we are very satisfied with it. We are happy to recommend Ms. Tröndle due to her high level of expertise, reliability, and friendliness.

Often we felt that we were the sellers and not the buyers. Stephan Kocher was always there to advise us. Mr. Kocher and his company are highly recommended.
