We recommend Markus Nussbaum for anyone looking for property. We were working with him to buy a property in Wetzikon. We really liked his calm and helping approach. As I am not from Switzerland and do not speak well German. It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour.
