We had a very great collaboration with Hans Jürg. Since we also had to organize the handover of our business during this time, he took a lot of work off our hands. Hans Jürg handled all tasks for us, such as documentation, viewings with interested parties, clarifications with offices and notaries, up to the final processing. Once again, thank you very much, Hans Jürg

appropriate adjectives: professional, target-oriented, patient, market-oriented, realistic, active, always reachable, friendly, valuable SHORT: It couldn't be better! Due to a death in the family, I had to sell a property. Not quite easy, year of construction 1975, in need of renovation. Livio Ackermann took the ball here very professionally and after about 6 months we had transferred the property to a very well-suited buyer. It was also about respect, towards my deceased mother. We wanted to find a suitable buyer and we accomplished that today thanks to FutureHomes GmbH and Mr. Ackermann in the spirit of a Win-Win-Win. Price-performance ratio is excellent here. Thank you very much Livio and team. I can recommend both the company and the people behind it 100%.

The sale of my property was a big step for me. With Dalyan Yorulmaz, Next Level Real Estate, by my side, I experienced this process as exceptionally positive. From the first market analysis to the handover of the keys, professionalism was consistently noticeable. The assessment of the selling price was realistic and well-founded, the marketing strategy was well thought out and targeted. The exposés, photos, 365-degree tour, and the entire presentation of the property were top-notch. I particularly appreciate the transparent communication. I was regularly informed about viewings, inquiries from interested parties, and feedback – always timely and honest, even when things didn’t go according to plan. This gave me the necessary trust. When a difficult situation arose with an interested party during the sales process, it showed what makes a really good realtor: Dalyan Yorulmaz remained calm, worked out a solution with me, and conducted the negotiations with a delicate touch to success. The result exceeded my expectations. Clear recommendation – without ifs and buts. Thank you very much, Dalyan!

I am extremely satisfied with the sale of my parents' house by Kobi Immobilien GmbH 4585 Biezwil. Anna Kobi managed the entire sales process efficiently, with commitment, openness, always friendly and accommodating. From the very first conversation, I was well taken care of and well informed. Despite the emotional attachment to the family home, I felt I was in the best hands with her. The sale went smoothly, stress-free, and faster than expected, which impressed me greatly. Especially nice, a buyer was found who exactly matched my expectations. I can recommend the real estate company and especially Anna Kobi to anyone looking for trustworthy and competent support! I sincerely thank Anna Kobi for the successful sale and her professional support.
