Preparation Ms. Greber created a sales documentation with a comprehensive description and meaningful photos. Additionally, she brought the over 50-year-old plans (partially incomplete) into current form and posted the complete package online. Comment: The documentation was absolutely perfect and very pleasant. Execution Ms. Greber organized viewings with potential buyers without our presence.
