The contact with Roman Burgener was not only very friendly but also very competent. He promptly provided information in response to our requests and inquiries and is well connected in the region, which made the entire purchasing process very pleasant. We were in very good hands with him and can highly recommend him.

We felt at home with Andreas Ritz and our property from the very first minute. The entire sales process was highly professional, fast, and absolutely smooth. We would hire him again at any time!

We were competently accompanied by Mr. Furrer throughout the entire purchasing process. Questions were answered promptly, and additional information or documents were usually obtained quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the open communication even in the case of delays that were outside of his control. Overall, a professional support with personal commitment.

The collaboration with Andreas was wonderful from A to Z. We greatly appreciated the open and efficient exchange. We also had the pleasure of getting to know Andreas, a dedicated and knowledgeable person who practices his craft with passion. We hope to maintain contact - perhaps over a glass of Heida - :). We can warmly recommend Andreas. Best regards & see you soon

With great commitment, Andreas Ritz worked hard to find a suitable buyer for our chalet. In addition, he took care of the smooth completion of minor cosmetic repairs, so that we didn't have to worry about anything. His appreciation for our property, which we still valued a lot despite the sale, he fully embraced, allowing us to hand it over with a good feeling. Thank you very much
