This real estate agent is a true fortune! Mr. Zanchin followed the entire purchasing process with great commitment, great expertise, and always with great courtesy. He knew every little detail of the purchased property perfectly and was therefore always able to provide us with all the necessary information. He was always available to answer any of our questions and proved to be extremely helpful in addressing every aspect. In this way, he significantly contributed to the success of the transaction. Should we undertake a new real estate transaction, we would turn to him again with complete confidence, both as sellers and as buyers.

As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.

The service from Marcel Breithaupt was supportive and professional at all times. Even with delays, of which there were quite a few due to the year of construction 1291, the support remained perfect! Thank you very much! Ps actually, six stars should be able to be given for Marcel Breithaupt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
