Seven stars for Michael Bregy! From the very first contact, we felt very well taken care of by Michael. He accompanied us through the entire purchasing process with great warmth, patience, and professionalism – even when the procedures became more complicated. We would particularly like to highlight his reliability and availability. He always responded very promptly to our questions, explained everything clearly, and never left us alone at any point. You can really tell that he does his work with a lot of commitment and heart. If we were to buy a property again, it would always be with Michael Bregy. An absolute recommendation and a big thank you for the great support!

I commissioned Xavi Imhof with the purchase of an apartment and am very satisfied with his work. From the initial consultation to the successful completion, I was competently, reliably, and personally accompanied. Xavi was always easily reachable, kept me informed transparently, and professionally coordinated the entire purchasing process. Thanks to his great commitment and pleasant manner, I felt very well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend Xavi as a real estate consultant and would work with him again at any time.

Mr. Cina Dario was very likable to me from the very beginning. He always provided me with excellent advice and explained everything perfectly. Even when a viewing was scheduled, I was informed in advance. Very competent in every respect. I can highly recommend Mr. Cina Dario.

Quick, efficient handling of the apartment purchase, good accessibility, even after the handover of the apartment there was a follow-up question about how things are going in the new apartment. The information in the apartment documentation matched reality. During the handover of the apartment, the location of the electricity meter in the building was not known, two manuals for the kitchen appliances were missing, and the key to a lockable storage room was absent.

Competent, Friendly, Helpful,

As buyers of a vacation apartment, we greatly appreciated the friendly and straightforward interaction. Quick and flexible handling of the transaction.
