Real Estate Agents in Bürchen (3935)

Johnny was very available and attentive throughout the various steps. For our first purchase, he accompanied us with professionalism and kindness. An excellent guide that we recommend without hesitation.

Emilie was very available to provide me with information. She also perfectly played her role as an intermediary with the seller. Furthermore, she quickly made available all the documents I needed to finalize this purchase. The selling price matched the market and was quickly validated by the bank. The file presented was complete and the images corresponded to reality. I also appreciated her simplicity and discretion. The contacts were pleasant and Emilie always sought solutions that suited everyone, for which I am grateful.

I will be direct: if you are looking for the best agent in Crans-Montana, stop wasting your time elsewhere. I have done the rounds, and there is only one name: Thomas Pittet. His level of market knowledge is incredible; he has real expertise, others are average, he is in a different league. But the strongest point is that he is extremely efficient and responsive, while remaining astonishingly humble. He does not consider himself a guru, he works hard. He is honest, transparent, and he gets results. For a sale or purchase without fuss, with the best negotiator in the area, you need to go to him. End of story.

Dear Mr. Ferreira, I would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional quality of your support and assistance. I greatly appreciated the patience, commitment, and availability you demonstrated throughout this process. You were always there to answer my questions and offered your help whenever possible. I can sincerely say that your work has been remarkable: incredible responsiveness, a consistently solution-oriented approach, a lot of kindness, and, above all, a very human and personal way of supporting your clients. I felt perfectly supported and in very good hands from start to finish. I am now so happy with this wonderful acquisition and extremely grateful to have had the chance to obtain this apartment. If everything went so well, it is also largely thanks to you and your outstanding commitment. A huge thank you for your support and for this very pleasant collaboration. I sincerely hope that I will have the pleasure of acquiring a property with your assistance again in the future!

Laurick Coppex is very pleasant, attentive, available, and gives good advice. He accompanied me throughout the process with kindness. I recommend his services :-)

Mr. Délez is a friendly, punctual person, very available, allowing us time for the various visits, answering all our questions, not putting pressure on us, knowing how to be discreet when necessary. The meeting at the notary's office took place in a relaxed atmosphere. That day, I got to know the seller, whom I particularly appreciate. During the handover of the keys, over a small drink, the seller and buyer each received wine and Swiss chocolates from Mr. Délez, which made us very happy. We are satisfied with our purchase. We recommend this agent.

A big thank you to Mrs. Castro for her availability, her listening skills, and her efficiency. Very dynamic, positive, and always in a good mood, we greatly appreciated working with her for the sale of our house.
