Real Estate Agents in Grächen (3925)

Excusez-moi si j’écrivais en anglais! David has been the manager of our co-propriété for many years and reluctantly we had to sell this year. His service as manager was excellent but he has gone beyond the expected level of service in helping us to sell our property. Nothing has been too much trouble. A well deserved 5 star plus review!!!

Our experience with Fabienne was very smooth. Attentive, non-judgmental, neutral, very available, handling the matter with professionalism, patient, following up with us if there was no response; our exchanges were natural and authentic. The sale went very well. Parking spaces often belong to a co-ownership and do not necessarily belong to the owner who highlights them in the negotiation, however. Should the agency verify the seller's statements?

Very patient, persistent, precise, and reliable are Roxane's qualities. We are eternally grateful to her for accompanying us on this once-in-a-lifetime purchase. It was not so simple during the height of Covid and with a hesitant seller with whom we were able to create enough of a connection, thanks to Roxane, to ultimately conclude the transaction.

We had the pleasure of working closely with Mr. Gaillard on a real estate renovation project. He is a professional who is always available, pleasant, responsive, and attentive, who takes pride in providing quality support. His professionalism, rigor, and deeply human approach make him a trusted partner. He is fully committed to each case and ensures the best solutions are provided. We highly recommend Mr. Gaillard to anyone looking for serious, efficient, and caring support in their real estate project. TM Peinture Ömer Can

A huge thank you to Fabienne Fauchère from the VAL Group agency for accompanying us in the project of a lifetime! From our very first meeting, Fabienne demonstrated a rare listening ability and an immediate understanding of our needs, which allowed her to find us the chalet of our dreams, the one we no longer hoped to find. Beyond her exceptional qualities as a real estate hunter, it is her support from A to Z that made all the difference. Making a real estate purchase can be stressful, but with Fabienne, everything became smooth. She did not just sell us a property: she guided us at every step with exemplary professionalism. Thanks to her local network and responsiveness, she connected us with an excellent notary and, above all, managed to secure us a bank loan at the best rate, where others would undoubtedly have given up. Her availability, kindness, and technical expertise make her a trusted advisor that we recommend without any hesitation. If you are looking for the rare gem in Valais, reach out to Fabienne with your eyes closed. Thank you again for everything! Inès and Emmanuel L.
