Real Estate Agents in Röthenbach im Emmental (3538)

Thanks to Emmanuelle, we were able to realize our dream. She found the property we had been looking for for years. And the financing service from CIR Group secured us financing at a very attractive rate. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding support and successful completion despite hurdles I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Fabio Bühler. He took over the sale of my commercial property in Zug and demonstrated a commitment that goes far beyond the usual. Despite some complex obstacles, he remained focused, creatively sought new solutions, and showed great perseverance. I was particularly impressed by his empathy and ability to remain calm even in difficult phases. Anyone looking for an agent who does not just 'manage' but delivers results with genuine personal commitment is in the right place here.

Sandro Burn and his team accompanied us in the search for our second home in Andermatt/Realp. We were extremely competently, friendly, and professionally cared for, and our needs were quickly recognized and taken into account. The communication was always extremely friendly and transparent. Particularly impressive was the enormous expertise of the team as well as their excellent regional knowledge. Both as buyers and sellers, Ursera Immo GmbH is unreservedly and warmly recommended.

Mr. Roland Schwegler is a competent, experienced broker. With his calm, thoughtful manner, he succeeded in finding the right buyers for our house. He always kept us updated about interested parties, which we greatly appreciated. He also made timely recommendations regarding photos and online presence to increase the chances of sale. He managed to ensure that the two tenant families could continue to live in the house under unbroken rental agreements, as we had wished. The processes for the purchase contract up to the signing at the notary went smoothly. We can recommend Mr. Schwegler as a broker at any time. Thank you very much, Roland Schwegler. Best regards: H. Very reliable and helpful, with a warm demeanor and trustworthy expertise. For us inexperienced buyers, it was a great relief to work with Dario Plozner.
