An absolutely remarkable experience with Mr. Grégoire Turrian, whom I highly recommend. He sold my house in Vésenaz with rare efficiency, professionalism, and elegance. He reached out to me on his own initiative while I already had a representative, but he was able to convince me with his seriousness, honesty, and the quality of his approach. I have never regretted it. I particularly appreciated his honesty, his ability to communicate — essential in this profession — his patience, his understanding, and above all the fact that he always keeps his word. The follow-up was impeccable from start to finish, in an atmosphere that was both very professional, friendly, and pleasant. The result was up to par: an extremely satisfactory sale in terms of price, with an additional buyer who turned out to be perfect. 100% success and 100% recognition. An exceptional professional, endowed with a remarkable sense of humanity. A true mastery of his profession.

Mr. Roland Schwegler is a competent, experienced broker. With his calm, thoughtful manner, he succeeded in finding the right buyers for our house. He always kept us updated about interested parties, which we greatly appreciated. He also made timely recommendations regarding photos and online presence to increase the chances of sale. He managed to ensure that the two tenant families could continue to live in the house under unbroken rental agreements, as we had wished. The processes for the purchase contract up to the signing at the notary went smoothly. We can recommend Mr. Schwegler as a broker at any time. Thank you very much, Roland Schwegler. Best regards: H. We sold our family home in Illnau and are positively surprised by the competitive sales process. We could reach out to the agent with questions at any time. From the first contact to the notary appointment, we were excellently taken care of. We can recommend them with a clear conscience.

Jonathan Greaves managed the sale of the house brilliantly from the very beginning until the sale. He was very competent and his very friendly demeanor quickly led to success, so I also found my desired buyer, which makes me very happy. Therefore, I can only recommend Mr. Greaves at any time. I wish him continued success and thank him once again sincerely.
