Super services thank you very much!
Very pleasant and professional contact. The company Predio - Real Estate sold my property to my complete satisfaction. In the event of a future sale, I would always consider Predio - Real Estate again. In this sense, I can highly recommend Predio Immobilien GmbH.
We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!
Mrs. Hugli is an experienced professional, very competent and discreet. All the steps of the sale were explained, and she advised us very well.
Very professional and reliable handling! Mr. Schmied organized the sale of our property perfectly from start to finish. We felt well cared for at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend the team. Thank you very much for the great support!
Isabel and Marcel Breithaupt were very helpful during the viewing of our purchase property and were always very professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Various questions (we were complete beginners in the area of home buying) were answered quickly and competently. We would also like to highlight that Immoleo is completely straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. We can recommend this company 100%.
A big thank you to Mr. Viel for his support. He has always been top-notch, polite, understanding, and always available when we had a question. We really felt well taken care of. I recommend him without hesitation.
