I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted.
