Herr Ak hat ein freundliches Auftreten. Klar gestellte Fragen beantwortet er gut und kompetent. Manchmal hatte ich den Eindruck, dass er unter Zeitdruck steht was vielleicht mit der relativ grossen Distanz zwischen seinem Standort und meinem Wohnort zu tun hat. Heute, 2 Jahre nach meinem Einzug in die Wohnung kenne ich den Verkäufer besser und kann mir vorstellen, dass die Position von Herr Ak zwischen Verkäufer und Käufer nicht immer einfach war. Insgesamt hat mich Herr Ak von der ersten Besichtigung bis zum Vertragsabschluss gut begleitet.

Der ganze Verkaufsprozess war von Anfang bis Ende hochprofessionell ! Die Präsentation auf den Verkaufsportalen war wirklich extrem gut, vom Liegenschaftsbeschrieb bis zum Video auf YouTube ! Ich war zuvor selbst bemüht, meine Liegenschaft zu verkaufen, dann mithilfe eines bekannten Immobilien-Verkäufers ! Die Resultate waren da, aber bescheiden. Ein Verkauf kam aber nicht zustande.
