Mr. Ak has a friendly demeanor. He answers clearly posed questions well and competently. Sometimes I had the impression that he was under time pressure, which may have to do with the relatively large distance between his location and my place of residence. Today, 2 years after moving into the apartment, I know the seller better and can imagine that Mr. Ak's position between the seller and the buyer was not always easy. Overall, Mr. Ak accompanied me well from the first viewing to the contract signing.

Ich war zuvor selbst bemüht, meine Liegenschaft zu verkaufen, dann mithilfe eines bekannten Immobilien-Verkäufers ! Die Resultate waren da, aber bescheiden. Ein Verkauf kam aber nicht zustande.
