Real Estate Agents in Grandvillard (1666)

The service from Marcel Breithaupt was supportive and professional at all times. Even with delays, of which there were quite a few due to the year of construction 1291, the support remained perfect! Thank you very much! Ps actually, six stars should be able to be given for Marcel Breithaupt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very serious agency with excellent follow-up on important moments of the transaction. Exchanges with Mr. Bilard were simple, factual, without any nonsense, a real pleasure. Thank you for your support!

Mrs. Delessert is very pleasant, very responsive, and anticipates various questions, the work, and potential quotes. She presents the property with complete sincerity and honesty. She is very involved, both with the seller and the buyer, and always responds to messages (even late at night). She goes beyond her scope of work and willingly helps, even after the transaction is completed. We are very happy to have had the chance to go through this warm and human person to buy our house with complete confidence.

Caroline Enz is very professional, has a good command of her subject, is pleasant, and knows how to remain discreet. We greatly appreciated her service.

Excellent local expertise. The deal was negotiated to our complete satisfaction. All documents were handled correctly, on time, and without surprises. I can recommend their services without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Pierre Coulon on two real estate projects, both completed within very short deadlines. We are very satisfied with this collaboration, both for the results achieved and for the quality of the exchanges. Pierre is professional, available, responsive, and always attentive. Communication is simple, pleasant, and based on a real mutual understanding. We particularly appreciated his seriousness, efficiency, reliability, and support throughout both projects. A true relationship of trust has been established. We recommend Pierre Coulon without hesitation and will be happy to collaborate with him again on future projects. The GARON SA team
