As buyers of our family home, we wanted to highlight the quality and professionalism of Mr. Arnaud Couzinié. Indeed, this professional was able to meet our expectations in the context of this very important purchase in our lives. He was able, at first, to guide us through all the steps of the purchase, remaining available while also allowing us the time to reflect, without ever pressuring us in our decision. He also guided us through the negotiation process with the sellers. In the end, it was a very satisfying experience for us. We will not hesitate to call on Mr. Arnaud Couzinié if we were to make a new purchase or sale in the future, as well as to assist us with the transformations of our newly acquired home.

We found the apartment of our dreams, but we did not have good financing conditions. The agency "vue sur Lac" allowed us to benefit from their network, including mortgage brokers. This enabled us to pay less for the mortgage, and we are delighted with our acquisition. We highly recommend them. We could follow up on the financing, and multilingualism is at the heart of their approach: with an international team mastering many languages. Each team member is attentive and warm, establishing a true relationship of trust.

I bought a plot of land in Montet (Broye) thanks to the support of Arben Kryeziu, and I am fully satisfied with his work. He is a reliable, sincere, and transparent broker who immediately inspires trust. He always took the time to answer my questions, explain each step, and guide me with seriousness and professionalism. The purchase went smoothly, under excellent conditions, thanks to his availability and sense of service. I sincerely recommend Arben Kryeziu to anyone looking to buy or sell a property: you will be in good hands. A big thank you for the support and the quality of follow-up until the signing!
