I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Carmen Batan several times and I can only warmly recommend her. Timeline: A little over two years ago, she assisted me in the purchase of one of my apartments with remarkable professionalism. Since then, she has always remained available to answer my questions, advise me with great expertise, and support me whenever necessary. Recently, she also helped me find a new tenant for my apartment. The entire process was carried out efficiently, transparently, and with excellent follow-up. Mrs. Batan is a trustworthy professional, attentive, responsive, and extremely competent. I sincerely thank her for her commitment and recommend her without the slightest hesitation to anyone wishing to be supported in a real estate project.

We thank Mr. Dubi for his work. He was able to inform us clearly and precisely, due to his profession as an architect, on all the questions raised regarding laws, distances, land, taxes, the various documents required for the sale, etc. He also enhanced the value of our house in a very professional and creative manner. Throughout the visits he conducted, he kept us informed and accompanied us until the sale. We are very satisfied and are very grateful for his efficiency. We can highly recommend his services as a real estate agent.

Mr. is a person who listens and is very competent. I recommend him with pleasure!

I would like to particularly thank Mr. Maffre who accompanied me during the purchase of my apartment. Very professional and responsive, he was available and attentive in addition to being very friendly. If I need the services of an agency again one day, I already know where to call.

The sales process was truly simple with the help of Mr. Kryeziu. His professionalism, intelligence, and friendliness allowed us to be advised on the best way to sell our property, as well as to successfully carry out the sale and the related administrative details. We did not regret this choice for a single second!

We recommend Mr. Kryeziu! He was available and professional throughout the purchase of our home. His advice was invaluable and his efficiency made the process quick and smooth. A big thank you for this support
